Today is your chance to recover from the last 3 workouts we had! You can go for a walk, go for jogging or cycling! Do whatever feels good to you and always listen to your body! I’ ll choose to go for a walk with my baby (Layla) late in the afternoon….and clean the house (it burns more calories than you think :))!
