I have been working with Vaia for more than 2 years now and I can certainly attest that it has been the best decision in my sporting career. Vaia has been my personal trainer for 2,5 years. Vaia constantly educates herself about physical education/exercise and knows how to apply that knowledge efficiently to fit the different needs of each of her clients.
